This lakefront home is situated on the big water area of the lake. The home and dock sit halfway between Portman Marina and Big Water Marina. Just around the corner lies Richland Creek Boat Access, Green Pond Landing (Fishing Tournament Event Center), and River Forks Boat Access and park, which is complete with picnic tables and a sandy beach.
Located on a private, dead-end street, this house is only a few miles from Stone Creek Cove Golf Course. There is a queen size bed in the upstairs bedroom and in the downstairs master bedroom. A bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom is also located downstairs.The Upstairs loft has a foosball table, card table, and futon couch.

It's located on Hartwell Lake in Anderson, SC along a quiet, dead-end street. Around the corner from the property is a public boat ramp, but if you don't have a boat, no worries. We offer pontoon and jetski rentals, so you can make the most of your stay with us!
Makin' Waves is in a great location with a calm, easy to use boat ramp just minutes away by both car and boat on a beautiful lake. The onsite dock is a fantastic add not only for boating but also time spent fishing. During our stay this was a quiet spot with everything our two families could want for a lake weekend.
We really enjoyed our stay. We liked that the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The homeowner was very easy to work with and had great communication.
