In this Oak Island home, the ocean is your backyard. Located directly on the oceanfront, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the covered gazebo and porch swing attached to the house. The home is located near the Middleton Park area that has the Splashpad waterpark and tennis courts. The home is also within walking distance to Beach Diner, an ice cream shop, a t-shirt/souvenir shop, a new playground, and an amphitheater, so there are activities for everyone in the family.
There is a direct beach access path on the oceanfront side of the house. For easier beach clean up, there is an outdoor shower. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Beds include a king, a queen and single, and 2 bunk beds with singles.

We enjoyed our stay at Po Boy. The location was perfect and it’s great to be right on the beach. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. TVs in every room is a nice feature as well as the gazebo with the porch swing. That became a popular area for us. Overall great beach experience.
House was as advertised. Excellent location - close to the park, grocery store and other amenities. Private beach access and perfect porch swing for early morning or evening relaxation watching the waves. I’d definitely stay here again.
